And the fact that we do usually operate on rushed timelines and constrained budgets makes diversity on teams all the more important. When we think about the design-thinking process I feel like most of us have a picture of the best case scenario in our heads. Lots of time to talk to users and include them in the process. Of course that's rarely reality so we end up going more off a loose set of insights from users and our own intuition and judgement.
